The Great Lakes Irish Music Festival is back and better than ever! The event is Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Fifth Third Ballpark in Comstock Park, Michigan. The venue is home to the West Michigan Whitecaps, that has also hosted multiple other events including concerts, basketball tournaments and car shows. We think the Festival will be a perfect fit.
Fear n'Ti & Me Irish Productions & the West Michigan Whitecaps are producing the Great Lakes Irish Music Festival. Our festival was the original Irish Music Festival in West Michigan and is known as one of the best Irish Music Festivals in the country. We are excited to continue the tradition of excellence while sharing all the wonders of Ireland with West Michigan and the surrounding areas.
This year's festival has continuous performances on stage featuring internationally renowned performers direct from Ireland, throughout the United States and Midwest. From Irish Ballads, great traditional music and song, Celtic Rock, to fantastic Irish Dancers, we have it all. You will find an ongoing traditional session (musicians, bring your instruments), specialized children's area, Irish food and drink.
If you're interested in becoming a vendor please download the application and rules.
